Our information events are the perfect first step. Whether you’d prefer to join online from home or meet us in person, these sessions are designed to give you a real insight into fostering with Cumbria:

Saturday 26 September - Visit our stand at Cumbria Pride LGBT+ Information Market, from 10am–2pm, in Carlisle city centre and speak to our friendly team and carers.
Tuesday October 13 - Come along and meet our friendly team and carers at Penrith Library between 12pm and 1pm. Our informal drop-in session is a chance to ask any questions you may have and take away some information.
Wednesday October 14 - Come along and meet our friendly team and carers at Workington Library between 1pm and 2pm. Our informal drop-in session is a chance to ask any questions you may have and take away some information.
Saturday 17 October - Visit our information stand at The Lanes Shopping Centre in Carlisle from 1pm-3pm and speak to our friendly team and foster carers.
Wednesday 21 October - Attend our online information session from 7pm to watch a short presentation about fostering and to speak to our friendly team and carers. Reserve your place now at https://www.trybooking.com/uk/GXBL
Thursday 22 October - Attend our formal information evening at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Barrow, which starts 7pm, to watch a short presentation on fostering and to hear from our local foster carers.
