Speak to our friendly team and foster carers

Thinking about fostering and not sure where to start? Our online information events are a great chance to find out more about fostering from the comfort of your home; offering you the opportunity to watch a short presentation on fostering with our service and to find out more about the support and training we offer, the approval process and the types of foster care schemes we run. Following the presentation you will have a chance to hear from our experienced foster carers and to ask us any questions you may have.

Our face to face drop-in sessions and stands offer the chance to speak to our friendly team and carers and to make an expression of interest in fostering or take some information home with you.

Sunday 24 November – Information stand at Ulverston Market Hall, New Market St, Ulverston LA12 7LJ during the Dickensian Festival from 11am to 2pm.
Wednesday 4 December - Visit our information stand at the Old Fire Station in Carlisle ahead of the comedy show Peacock by Kiri Pritchard McLean, from 7pm to 9.30pm.
